Cow Face Pose Gomukhasana

A seated pose that opens tight shoulders and hips at the same time.

How to do Cow Face Pose

  1. Sit and stack one knee over the other if comfortable.
  2. Reach one arm up and one behind, clasping hands or a strap.
  3. Sit tall and breathe into the shoulder stretch.
