The hardest part of yoga is the first class — and it is only hard because most people picture a room full of flexible strangers. At home, one-to-one, none of that exists. There is just you, a mat, and a teacher whose only job is to make you comfortable.
You do not need to be fit or flexible
This is the biggest myth in yoga. You do not need to touch your toes, sit cross-legged for an hour, or be in shape. Flexibility and strength are what yoga gives you, not what you need to start. Every posture has an easier version, and we always begin with the easier version.
What your first weeks look like
- Week 1–2: learn to breathe properly, and a handful of simple, safe postures.
- Week 3–4: link a few movements together and notice you already feel looser and calmer.
- Beyond: build a short routine you genuinely look forward to.
Why beginners do best at home
With a private beginner class, the teacher watches only you — so mistakes are corrected before they become habits, and the pace matches your body, not a group average. It is the safest, least intimidating way to learn.
Yoga meets you where you are. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or calm to begin. You begin, and the calm follows.
Simple, honest pricing
Your first group class is completely free, so you can try it with zero risk. After that, single sessions are QAR 200, with per-person packages that bring the price down. See the pricing calculator →
