A balancing pose that builds focus, stability and calm by standing tall on one leg.

How to do Tree Pose

  1. Stand tall, shift weight into one foot.
  2. Place the other foot on the calf or inner thigh (avoid the knee).
  3. Bring the hands to the heart or overhead and fix your gaze on one point.
